ThermoRender is a Vectorworks-based application that is a unique simulation and analysis tool for the thermal environment. ThermoRender’s thermal environment simulation reproduces the detailed design of buildings using Vectorworks and calculates surface temperature distribution on urban surfaces by heat balance calculation with high-accuracy. Architects who don’t have expert knowledge about heat transfer analysis can implement heat balance simulation and visualize thermal environment by using this tool.

It was developed by Nemetschek North America’s Japanese distributor A&A CO., LTD. and has received great recognition as the recipient of the 2007 Good Design Awardand the 2007 Architectural Institute of Japan prize.
